Founded in 2015, Dirby is a leading French player in baggage handling (commonly known as "baggage disputes") in airport environments. We support airlines, ground handling agents, and airport managers in optimizing the processing of mishandled baggage and continuously improving the passenger experience.
Thanks to our "DIRBY Baggage Services" agencies located in major French airports and our digital tools, we provide continuous 24/7 service: baggage claim processing, real-time tracking, dispute management, and baggage delivery.
Dirby also offers proprietary business software with three modules: CRM customer experience, baggage processing, and data analytics. This expert software is the result of over 10 years of experience managing the entire baggage dispute ecosystem from start to finish, using APIs with DCSs such as AMADEUS, SITA Worldtracer, and BRSs to ensure operational robustness.

Building on an initial partnership with the airline Corsair, CheckMe by Dirby has proven a robust process supported by a sales platform and an innovative logistics management application.
Our authorized agents travel to the passenger's home, hotel, or workplace to weigh the luggage, conduct security checks in accordance with DGAC standards, complete official check-in with the airline, and print the boarding pass. They then transport the luggage securely and with full tracking until it is loaded into the hold. Upon arrival, the service works in reverse: our teams collect the luggage from the carousel and deliver it to the desired address.
CheckMe aims to gradually expand to other airlines and airports in France and internationally.
