The innovation lies in the ability of LuminoKrom® marking products to store the surrounding light and emit a diffuse luminosity at night for more than 10 hours. LuminoKrom® paint creates a reassuring luminous guide in the dark and increases the safety of soft mobility, particularly for pedestrians, by indicating dangers in areas that are not lit or are unlit for part of the night. It contributes to reducing light pollution and energy waste by allowing infrastructure managers to deploy renewable energy signage very quickly and easily, without the need for major works or trenches with a high environmental impact.
LuminoKrom® is currently the only road marking that guarantees such high luminescence performance in terms of intensity and duration of emission. This French innovation is patented.

OliKrom is an innovative company which works on color intelligence, namely programming a color change according to external factors such as brightness, temperature, pressure, etc. We work with our industrial partners from the idea to the production of the product in all sectors of activity, whether health, cosmetics, automotive, road marking ... OliKrom took part of the "Route du Futur" program supported by the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), in collaboration with the Eiffage Group, and created the LuminoKrom® photoluminescent markings in order to secure accident-prone and dark areas in the absence of public lighting.
