AIA Life Designers gathers architects, engineers and building economists. This organization is inspired by an anglo-saxon model allows us to cover all the project management missions.

Over more than twenty years, ENIA has designed numerous airport projects as well as a wide variety of public-access buildings (ERP), both in France and internationally. These are complex programs combining strong technical components, high environmental standards, and mixed-use functionalities, which the diversity of its team profiles and its organizational structure enable it to carry out independently, in partnerships, or through co-design processes. In addition to this expertise and its ability to fully express the uniqueness of its projects, ENIA is known for its forward-looking approach and its capacity for innovation, developed in collaboration with its internal research structure, eniaLAB.
Designed to foster collaboration between architects, its dedicated team, as well as the researchers, interns, and doctoral students it regularly welcomes, eniaLAB contributes to a wide range of topics and has specialized in developing new tools and methods (e.g. optimization of decision-making processes).
This approach, both reflective and operational, has already led to the filing of three international patents.

SYSTRA brings a new vision, promoting synergies between airport projects and major transport infrastructures: projects in constrained environments and/or in operation involving a strong component of project management and technical coordination, execution and monitoring of works. Thanks to the implementation of digital twins from the upstream phases, SYSTRA provides you with a heritage vision of the entire life cycle which facilitates decision-making and brings together project stakeholders.
